Temple of Crifus

Basic Goals: To rid Tharel of evil; to create a peaceful, ordered society; to see justice dealt to all.
Aspects: The Sun, the Seasons, Justice, Righteousness.
Alliances: Vallien, Mahrina, Sylune, MentMacro
Enemies: Ytrewtsu, Jirah, Elbar, Sainos, Kiradus
Indifference: All religions that will not threaten the peace.

Roleplay: The temple of Crifus strives to bring about a world free from fear, hatred, suffering and other evil. Worshippers will do everything they can, including kill, to see this world brought into being.

Just as day turns to night and the seasons move from one to the next, so too do people live and die. It is a natural cycle. Worshippers of Crifus should not fear death, nor should they fear the deaths of others. Those who seek to prolong their life unnaturally (either holding off death or continuing undead) should be prevented. The Rod of Destruction, a tool created to grant immortality, should never be used in this or any other capacity by a worshipper of Crifus; if possible, it should be destroyed.

Worshippers of Crifus should seek to bring justice to the people of Tharel. Unrepentant murderers should be killed. Thieves should be stripped of their belongings. By the same token, those who help others should receive aid should they need it, and those who are kind should be shown kindness.

Rules: All races are accepted into the temple of Crifus, but those that fear the light (drow, duergar, orcs) are regarded with distrust. All classes but antipaladins and necromancers are welcome - evil has no place in this temple. The undead are not welcome, and should be killed on sight.

Ranks within the temple should be treated appropriately. Higher ranked members should be shown the respect they have earned; in return, they should offer their wisdom, guidance and aid to those who need it.
