Title: New Forums

Heya Folks,
      After Asteri ran into troubles w/ the old Forums last month we've been working to get them back to no avail, I tried to restore them here w/ a newer core to the forums, and failed, so we're starting from scratch, I would like to recommend that you use the URL http://www.tharel.net/forums for bookmarking so if I actually move them to http://www.tharel.net you're bookmarks will be up to date still.

Guests can now view the IC forums as well as announcements.
