        -'shift good' moves you toward Exemplary and 'shift evil' moves you
         toward Fiendish.
        -You can shift to any of the three alignments associated with your
         temple.
    -Removed the 'atone' command as it is now useless.
    -Removed all of the funny +*- symbols previously displayed with your
     alignment as they no longer mean anything useful.
    -Members of independent religions (like Fjiorim, Fraktyl) and dead religions 
     (Crifus, Sainos), as well as the excommunicated can now use Homanu to shift alignments.
    -Adjustments have been made to hunger and fatigue.  Further tweaks are
     likely and feedback is welcome.

   - Changed the messages in holytouch and layhands to be more temple
     specific. The old messages simlpy referred to "your god" as they
     predated the creation of temples.
   - Added material damage for mineral objects. Such objects will also
     start out damaged just as metal ones do.

   - Info command update to show CP for next spec level not the original cost.
   - Added a couple lines into cancellation and dispel magic to allow for
     freezing aura to be removed.
