Mortals

- auctions are now affected by vuln silver, iron and wood

- Tempban/permban now accept IP addresses
- Wildcards at the beginning and/or end of IPs work as with any other 
  ban entry, so 127.* blocks the entire 127.x.x.x address block
- Reformatted the ban list from tempban/permban to be more readable
- Merged counts from revision 25 directly into tempban/permban output
- The Attempts column shows how many times each particular filter has 
  been matched since the last reboot/copyover, ie how many times that address 
  has tried and failed to connect
- the specialized shocking grasp will now shock as should
- added diagnostics function to verify the problem in tempban/permban
- Fixed issue, PK Aggressor/Victim flags are now set when murdering, if
  needed.
- Optimized clanpower; it no longer silently teleports the user to each 
  and every room owned by each clan.  Instead it cycles a pointer through 
  the rooms.
- Removed changes from revision 11 as they are no longer applicable.
- the knock bug has now been fixed. THe previous problem of stopping all 
  fights has been fixed aswell.

- spellcraft will no longer work if player doesn't have enough mana

-Fixed a bug where players just killed by the cyclone spell could end up being blown from their temple back to a room adjacent to where they died.
-Donate will no longer silently transfer you to the donation site and back.
-Fixed an obscure potential cheat bug in donate. 
-Exits are now checked before objects in the commands open, close, lock, unlock, and pick.
-Fixed the spacing of the who list for retired Immortals.
-Mantra's will no longer cost mana if the person is already affected by a mantra of simular mantra

   -The wedge command's internals have been heavily modified.  It should
    act about the same, except:
       -Some messages have changed.
       -Wedges need not be at the top of your inventory.
   -The imm command 'rstat' will now show which exit is north/east/up/etc
    instead of unintuitively numbering them 0-5.
   -New internal functions to aid future development.
   -Spirit Invisibility and Levitate mantras cost mana again.

    -firescrye rewrite
    -The 'look' and 'examine' commands have been rewritten and streamlined.
        -Fixes some bugs related to looking through portals and windows.
        -Fixes numbering issues when characters, objects, and extended
         descriptions all have the same keyword in the same room.
         look 1.sword, look 3.book, and things like that should work in a sane
         way.
        -Minor changes to the type and amount of information yielded by these
         commands.
        -Ties in to the firescrye rewrite.
        -Look and examine are important commands.  Although they have been
         tested extensively, please be on the lookout for bugs.

	-Lights will now be correctly identified as either Limited or Infinite by identify, lore, itemiden, itemlore, and auction info.
    -Fixed a type overflow bug in quests.  Quests to areas with high vnums(ex Western Expansion) should work right now.
	
Nov. 20 2010
    -'get' has been rewritten (almost) from scratch, erasing numerous issues.
     Most noticeably:
        -Messages group properly when getting many different objects at one time.
        -Weight and (soft) inventory count limits no longer apply when taking objects out of a container you're carrying.  (The hard limit of 1000 items at the top level of your inventory still applies.)
    -In the event that a serious bug is found, any coder or a high level imm can just type 'get' with no arguments for simple instructions on how to disable the new command.  The game would use the old 'get' command in the meantime.
	-Fixed a typo that stopped Psychic Allergy from working at all.

   -'get' will no longer tell you that empty corpses aren't containers.
   -Autosplit works again.
   -Fixed a cosmetic bug in 'get'; it won't separately list out the value of that single coin you picked up.
   -'get' will recognize when a player is sitting/standing/resting/sleeping on an object.
   -Fixed a possible bug between 'get' and crash-saved player corpses.

    -Weapons runebladed with a large rune will now gain an extra weapon flag. This flag has no effect, yet.
    -Runeblade will now target runes correctly.
